Physical rehabilitation is essential to continue on your recovery journey and regain your function. Our team members have been working diligently with our infection prevention specialist and closely following CDC and VDH guidelines to develop and implement enhanced procedures to safely resume services for our patients.

Give us a call at (804) 764-1000 to schedule your appointment or request an appointment online. We look forward to seeing you at one of our clinics soon!

Here are some measures we have enacted to create safe environments and practices for our patients and team members:

Face masks are required.

Every patient and team member is required to wear a mask or face covering.

You’ll have to go through a screening process.

Every patient and team member must complete a screening process including a temperature check and travel/symptom questionnaire.

We will meet you outside.

Upon arrival at our clinic, please remain in the vehicle and call the clinic’s phone number listed on the front door. One of our team members will greet you outside to assist you with curbside check-in to initiate our screening process outside.

Please note: If you take transportation and are not able to wait in a vehicle, ensure you have your mask/face covering on when entering the clinic

No visitors, please.

We ask that all visitors stay home or wait in the vehicle.

Hand hygiene stations will be prevalent.

We’ve increased the volume of hand hygiene stations throughout each clinic.

We have enhanced cleaning procedures.

Our enhanced cleaning procedures include sanitizing all patient care equipment and areas regularly and in between each use.

Equipment will be spaced out and utilized differently.

You may notice a change in the spacing of our care areas and equipment utilization compared to normal circumstances.

Your provider will be creating additional space between clinician and patient.

Our providers will follow recommended social distancing as appropriate and practice regular hand hygiene.
