Trent Williams, ACE, CPT

Trent Williams, ACE, CPT, is a Fitness Wellness Technician at Sheltering Arms’ Bon Air location. He received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from VCU in 2022. Trent embraces the opportunity to help those in need and provide support for exercise physiologists so they can help clients progress toward their goals. Outside of work, Trent enjoys attending sporting events, watching movies, and collecting sneakers!
