Mental Health Resources
Mental health is an important part of overall well-being. To support our patients, families, and caregivers, we’ve compiled a list of local mental health resources that offer a range of services, including counseling, crisis support, and community-based programs. These organizations operate independently of Sheltering Arms, but may be helpful as you seek additional support.
If you are in crisis and thinking about self-harm, please call 988 for immediate support. The line is available 24/7 and has English and Spanish-speaking options.
