Patients come to Sheltering Arms looking for hope and healing, often following very difficult life events that are trying physically, emotionally and financially. Rebekah Peterkin founded Sheltering Arms in 1889 to help people who needed care regardless of their ability to pay. More than a century later, offering financial assistance to those in need remains an important part of our mission.
It is because of the generosity of people like you that all of our patients are able to get help when they need it. Your donations also allow us to acquire the tools and technology that have helped our patients recover abilities and conquer challenges once thought impossible.
It is an honor to help people find the power to overcome some of life’s greatest challenges. Thank you for choosing to donate to Sheltering Arms in support of these efforts.
