This class will strengthen the back
and abdominal region. Exercise ball and balance disks are used to improve stability, balance, and strength in the core areas of the body. Strengthening your core will significantly increase overall strength.
Strength & Conditioning
This circuit training exercise class provides a full body workout. Participants exercise independently in
a group setting under the
leadership and direct contact of our qualified fitness staff. The class consists of stretching and range of motion exercises, resistance training to improve muscular strength and endurance, and an aerobic workout to increase cardiovascular endurance.
This land-based class uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility, improve range of motion, and maintain muscle strength. The class may use fitness center equipment at times.
Parkinson's Wellness Recovery
This class is about intervention,
enrichment, education, and empowerment for those living with Parkinson’s disease. This program is designed to teach people how to use high effort, large amplitude movements and complete muscle activation.

Balance, Endurance and Strength Training Exercises for those living with Multiple Sclerosis. This class challenges you at all different levels seated or standing.
This interval water aerobics class provides a full body workout. The high-energy class combines cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility using a variety of equipment. It is a 55-minute class, ideal for those wanting to improve core strength and muscular endurance.
This class is designed to burn fat, strengthen muscles and build endurance. It includes an intense cardiovascular component, followed by a strength training segment.
This lively class uses the physical properties of water to provide resistance. Increasing muscle strength and endurance, the class includes aerobic exercise, light stretching and range of motion exercises.
Just My Speed
This full body workout includes a warm up, 30-minute low intensity cardiovascular session, toning, and a cool down/stretching segment. It is geared for beginners in exercise, or those recovering from injury.
A step up from Just My Speed, this class includes a 30-minute cardio endurance session along with strengthening exercises using a variety of pool equipment.
This class is a great choice for water aerobics beginners and post-surgical participants. It features an upbeat, practical alternative to jogging or walking on land and the water provides extra resistance while protecting you from injuries common to higher impact activities. A variety of moves and equipment are used to strengthen muscles, maintain range-of-motion and improve flexibility.
